With multiple reliable sources reporting that an agreement has been reached with Aston Villa, Hull have opened formal talks with Leon Bailey over personal terms. The forward is said to be keen on the move, though full details of the contract are still being worked through. Negotiations are active, and the next 24-48 hours could prove decisive in closing the deal - with optimism growing that he will be a Hull player before too long. Hull have laid out their intentions, but valuation and timing remain under debate. Aston Villa are keeping tabs in case talks collapse or progress slows further. At 1.65 goals scored per game this season, Hull already pose a big threat. Leon Bailey would be expected to maintain that level and give them another reliable option in attack. Alongside this, Aston Villa are said to be exploring Liam Delap, Alejandro Garnacho and Jonathan Rowe with Hull likewise connected to Hidemasa Morita, Florentino Luis and Kellen Fisher.
