Milan are said to be in formal negotiations with Tottenham over the signing of Radu Dragusin. The defender has been a target for some time, and talks are said to be intensifying as the window progresses. The player remains under contract, but movement looks increasingly likely the longer talks go on. While Milan and Tottenham continue talks, no breakthrough has been reported. Napoli, Leipzig and Fiorentina reportedly may still have an interest, but currently the focus is on getting this deal across the line. With only 17 goals conceded in 22 (0.77 per game), Milan have been one of the stronger defences in the Serie A this season..
