Update
After a completed medical and final agreement on terms, Alexander Djiku has been unveiled as a new Spartak Moscow signing. The defender leaves Fenerbahce to embark on a new chapter - with fans of his new club keen to see what he can do. Spartak Moscow identified him as a top target early in the window and are said to be delighted to finally get their man. After interest from Lille, it was Spartak Moscow who persisted and completed the process. All formal steps are now done, and the player will begin work with his new club immediately. So far in this season, Spartak Moscow are conceding 1.55 goals a game (17 in 11), more than they'd like compared to the Premier League standard. The hope is Alexander Djiku adds a bit of steel and helps make them tougher to break down. Alongside this, Fenerbahce are said to be exploring Ademola Lookman, Marco Asensio and Ederson with Spartak Moscow likewise connected to Christopher Wooh and Souffian El Karouani.
