Update
The transfer of Almugera Kabar from Dortmund to Hamburg has collapsed, according to multiple reliable sources. The defender was thought to be close to a move, but both clubs have now stepped away. It potentially marks the end of a saga that had seemed likely to result in a done deal just a few days ago. With negotiations ending unsuccessfully, Almugera Kabar will not join Hamburg - but interest from Chelsea and Brentford could yet reignite. Across the season 25/26, Hamburg have let in 29 goals in 19 (1.53 per game), roughly in line with the Bundesliga average. Almugera Kabar would be expected to give them some extra stability and depth for the tougher stretches of the season. Alongside this, Dortmund are said to be exploring Oscar Bobb and Aaron Anselmino with Hamburg likewise connected to Albert Gronbaek. Follow for more transfer rumours ahead of the Transfer Window!
