It's back to square one for Genoa after multiple reports outlining their failure to land Bento from AL Nassr. The goalkeeper had been in their sights for weeks, but despite talks taking place over a potential transfer, the move never materialised and it looks like they will need to move onto fresh targets. He'll remain with his current club for the time being - unless an improved bid is made. The deal has fallen through, and while Genoa are moving on, clubs such as West Ham remain in the frame. This season (25/26) Genoa have shipped 29 goals in 19 matches - 1.53 a game, which is well above the Serie A average. Bento would be expected to come in and help tighten things up at the back.
