Update
Wrexham have finally got their man, after they confirmed the arrival of Dominic Hyam from Blackburn. The defender becomes the club's latest signing of the window, with all formalities now completed. The transfer ends speculation surrounding his future and marks a significant step in the club's push to strengthen key areas of the squad. The move attracted little outside interest, which meant Wrexham could complete the transfer without any real contest. This season (25/26) Wrexham have shipped 14 goals in 8 matches - 1.75 a game, which is well above the Championship average. Dominic Hyam would be expected to come in and help tighten things up at the back. Alongside this, Blackburn are said to be exploring Andri Gudjohnsen with Wrexham likewise connected to Issa Kabore, Ben Sheaf and Zak Vyner. More on this story as it develops.
