After an agreement was reached and all documents signed, Issa Kabore has been announced as the latest recruit at Wrexham. The defender leaves Manchester City after completing all formalities. With the deal now official, attention turns to when the new signing will debut for his new club. With no other clubs strongly linked, Wrexham were able to move quickly and secure the deal without distraction. This season (25/26) Wrexham have shipped 14 goals in 8 matches - 1.75 a game, which is well above the Championship average. Issa Kabore would be expected to come in and help tighten things up at the back. Alongside this, Manchester City are said to be exploring Senne Lammens, Ademola Lookman and Josh Acheampong with Wrexham likewise connected to Dominic Hyam, Ben Sheaf and Zak Vyner.
