Update
Reliable sources are reporting that discussions have begun between Heidenheim and Stuttgart over the transfer of Leonidas Stergiou. The defender has emerged as a top target for the interested team, and talks are reportedly progressing as the two clubs explore whether there is a deal to be done for the player. Heidenheim continue discussions over the move, with no rival interest reported so far to complicate matters. So far in this season, Heidenheim are conceding 2.14 goals a game (30 in 14), more than they'd like compared to the Bundesliga standard. The hope is Leonidas Stergiou adds a bit of steel and helps make them tougher to break down. Alongside this, Stuttgart are said to be exploring Gonzalo García Torres with Heidenheim likewise connected to Phillip Tietz. Want to see how the story develops?
