Xavier Mbuyamba is officially a LASK player following confirmation of his transfer from Volendam. The defender joins after both clubs confirmed the deal after personal terms were agreed and the player passed his medical. Now focus turns to how he will fit into his new team. Unlike many transfers, this move came without rival competition, allowing LASK to finalise the signing smoothly. LASK's back line has been a real strength this season, conceding just 1.24 goals per game (21 in 17).
