Following lengthy negotiations and final medical checks, Ayase Ueda has completed a transfer to Lille from Feyenoord. The forward is now fully registered and eligible for selection for his new team. It's a statement signing for Lille, who have moved quickly to finalise the deal ahead of the close of the window, with fans salivating at the thought of seeing their new signing in a Lille shirt. Lille have won the race for Ayase Ueda, who had been tracked by Everton, Leeds United and Liverpool earlier this month. Now that every aspect of the deal has been confirmed, the focus turns to preparing him for debut. The move is a clear signal of the club's ambition this season. At 2.0 goals scored per game this season, Lille already pose a big threat. Ayase Ueda would be expected to maintain that level and give them another reliable option in attack. Feyenoord have also been linked with Bojan Miovski and Etienne Vaessen while Lille are reportedly monitoring Dilane Bakwa, Orlando Gill and Zian Flemming. Looking for Lille transfer rumours?
