Multiple reliable news outlets have reported that the race to sign Carlos Vinicius is heating up, as reports indicate that Vasco da Gama have now officially submitted a bid for the player as they look to strengthen their squad ahead of the run-in. Talks are expected to continue over the coming days - with Gremio said to be reluctant to let him go for a penny less than their valuation. The transfer remains in progress, and with no other clubs involved, Vasco da Gama look to be negotiating from a comfortable position. Vasco da Gama's current 1.2 goals scored per game is close to average. Carlos Vinicius would be seen as someone to make them more dangerous and clinical in the box. There are currently no rumoured links for either Gremio or Vasco da Gama. Follow for more transfer rumours ahead of the Transfer Window!
