After a completed medical and final agreement on terms, Dani Ceballos has been unveiled as a new Real Betis signing. The midfielder leaves Real Madrid to embark on a new chapter - with fans of his new club keen to see what he can do. Real Betis identified him as a top target early in the window and are said to be delighted to finally get their man. It's the end of the road for a transfer story that featured a number of different potential suitors along the way, including Napoli, Ajax and Aston Villa. Dani Ceballos is now confirmed as a Real Betis player, with everything from contract approval to medicals now done. In season 26/27, Real Betis are conceding 1.67 goals per game (5 in 3 games), which points to a lack of control in midfield. Dani Ceballos would be expected to calm things down and protect the back line better. Real Madrid continue to be linked with Rayan Cherki, Martin Zubimendi and Denzel Dumfries while Real Betis are also rumoured to be tracking Morten Frendrup and Troy Parrott.
