Rio Ave have finally got their man, after they confirmed the arrival of Ennio Van Der Gouw from Zulte. The goalkeeper becomes the club's latest signing of the window, with all formalities now completed. The transfer ends speculation surrounding his future and marks a significant step in the club's push to strengthen key areas of the squad. With no other clubs strongly linked, Rio Ave were able to move quickly and secure the deal without distraction. This season (25/26) Rio Ave have shipped 38 goals in 20 matches - 1.9 a game, which is well above the Primeira Liga average.
