Media reports claim that Barcelona are keeping tabs on Florian Wirtz, who currently plays as a midfielder for Liverpool. The move is still in the early stages, but interest appears to be growing. Until a fee and conditions are finalised, the deal remains vulnerable to disruption - especially if Chelsea, Bayern Munich and Real Madrid decide to make a formal offer of their own in the coming days. So far this season, Barcelona are steady at both ends (4.43 goals scored per game, 1.0 goals conceded per game). The role for Florian Wirtz would be to keep that balance while lifting performances across the pitch. Alongside this, Liverpool are said to be exploring Michael Olabode Kayode, Marc Bernal Casas and Kaoru Mitoma with Barcelona likewise connected to Eduardo, Finn Jeltsch and Virgil van Dijk.
