Rumours are swirling around Giovanni Leoni, with Juventus reportedly showing interest in the defender currently plying his trade at Liverpool. With both teams looking to strengthen their squads, the move could have a massive impact on their seasons going forward. Talks remain ongoing, though with no rival clubs reported in the mix, Juventus are progressing without added pressure. Juventus's back line has been a real strength this season, conceding just 0.8 goals per game (4 in 5). Giovanni Leoni would be expected to slot into that unit and hold his own in an already solid setup. Liverpool continue to be linked with Marc Bernal Casas, Kaoru Mitoma and Rayan Cherki while Juventus are also rumoured to be tracking Virgil van Dijk, Tyrick Mitchell and Folarin Balogun.
