After a completed medical and final agreement on terms, Leo Fuhr Hjelde has been unveiled as a new Sheff Utd signing. The defender leaves Sunderland to embark on a new chapter - with fans of his new club keen to see what he can do. Sheff Utd identified him as a top target early in the window and are said to be delighted to finally get their man. No other teams were seriously connected with the player, leaving Sheff Utd free to complete the transfer at their own pace. This season (25/26) Sheff Utd have shipped 42 goals in 29 matches - 1.45 a game, which is well above the Championship average. Leo Fuhr Hjelde would be expected to come in and help tighten things up at the back.
