Update
The transfer of Milan Smit to Stoke has reportedly reached a breakthrough stage after GA Eagles gave the green light to the move and accepted a formal offer. While personal terms and contract length are yet to be agreed - it is looking increasingly likely that the interested team is about to get one of their top transfer targets signed and sealed. Talks are underway, and with no competition emerging, Stoke are seen as the sole contenders for the player's signature. So far this season, Stoke are averaging 1.19 goals scored per game (32 goals /27 games), close to the Championship average. Milan Smit would be expected to help them push higher and add more variety in attack. Stoke have recently been linked with Barry Bannan, Gavin Bazunu and Cody Callum Pierre Drameh while GA Eagles have had no rumoured targets. Want more transfer rumours like this?
