The transfer of Milan Smit to Stoke has reportedly reached a breakthrough stage after GA Eagles gave the green light to the move and accepted a formal offer. While personal terms and contract length are yet to be agreed - it is looking increasingly likely that the interested team is about to get one of their top transfer targets signed and sealed. Talks are underway, and with no competition emerging, Stoke are seen as the sole contenders for the player's signature.
