It's all confirmed: Moussa Diaby has joined Leverkusen from Al-Ittihad. The forward has penned terms with his new club and completed all registration steps. This deal brings to an end a high-profile pursuit, with Leverkusen now adding another piece to their evolving squad structure. With the registration processed and contract signed, the club have moved quickly to integrate him into their plans for the remainder of the season. Manchester United, Sunderland and Tottenham had previously shown interest for the player. Leverkusen's current 2.0 goals scored per game is close to average. Moussa Diaby would be seen as someone to make them more dangerous and clinical in the box. Alongside this, Al-Ittihad are said to be exploring Hicham Boudaoui, Edon Zhegrova and Ismaila Sarr with Leverkusen likewise connected to Guela Doue and Marc Casado Torras.
