Liverpool are said to be in formal negotiations with Chelsea over the signing of Pedro Neto. The forward has been a target for some time, and talks are said to be intensifying as the window progresses. The player remains under contract, but movement looks increasingly likely the longer talks go on. Arsenal, Al Hilal and Manchester City may look to intervene if talks continue without resolution. At 2.0 goals scored per game this season, Liverpool already pose a big threat. Pedro Neto would be expected to maintain that level and give them another reliable option in attack. Alongside this, Chelsea are said to be exploring Francisco Fernandes Conceicao, Lamine Camara and Iliman Ndiaye with Liverpool likewise connected to Anton Kade, Ismaila Sarr and Endrick Felipe Moreira de Sousa.
