Update
Bayern Munich have pulled the plug on their pursuit of Rio Ngumoha, with the move from Liverpool officially off. The forward had been considered a priority signing, but for now, he'll reportedly be staying put. It's unclear whether the club will revisit the deal further down the line or move onto other targets. With negotiations ending unsuccessfully, Rio Ngumoha will not join Bayern Munich - but interest from Bournemouth and Crystal Palace could yet reignite. At 3.55 goals scored per game this season, Bayern Munich already pose a big threat. Rio Ngumoha would be expected to maintain that level and give them another reliable option in attack. Liverpool continue to be linked with Maxime Esteve, Levi Colwill and Hugo Larsson while Bayern Munich are also rumoured to be tracking Morgan Rogers, Sergino Dest and Ismael Saibari. Stay tuned for more details as the story develops. Need more Bayern Munich transfer rumours? Follow @PlayerSwitchCom on Twitter for news and updates as they happen.
