After reportedly seeing their latest offer accepted, QPR have entered discussions with Ronnie Edwards over personal terms. The defender, currently with Southampton, is a top target for the interested team, who see him as the perfect addition to their squad. Negotiations are still active, and with no other teams linked, QPR appear to have a clear path to completing the deal. So far in this season, QPR are conceding 1.5 goals a game (39 in 26), more than they'd like compared to the Championship standard. The hope is Ronnie Edwards adds a bit of steel and helps make them tougher to break down.
