The transfer mill is churning once again, with Real Madrid believed to be lining up a move for Scott McTominay, the midfielder from Napoli. Sources close to the club suggest they are exploring options to reinforce their squad ahead of the run-in. Real Madrid are still pushing to finalise terms. However, Liverpool, Newcastle and Arsenal are still watching closely and may return with offers of their own. So far this season, Real Madrid are steady at both ends (2.57 goals scored per game, 1.14 goals conceded per game). The role for Scott McTominay would be to keep that balance while lifting performances across the pitch. Reports suggest Real Madrid are monitoring Miguel Gutierrez, Jarell Quansah and Gianluigi Donnarumma whereas Napoli have not been associated with other players at this stage.
