Update
Following lengthy negotiations and final medical checks, Sofyan Amrabat has completed a transfer to Real Betis from Fenerbahce. The midfielder is now fully registered and eligible for selection for his new team. It's a statement signing for Real Betis, who have moved quickly to finalise the deal ahead of the close of the window, with fans salivating at the thought of seeing their new signing in a Real Betis shirt. Sofyan Amrabat had attracted interest from Sevilla, but it was Real Betis who secured the agreement and completed every step of the process. A deal that once seemed uncertain is now fully confirmed. So far this season, Real Betis are steady at both ends (1.57 goals scored per game, 1.0 goals conceded per game). The role for Sofyan Amrabat would be to keep that balance while lifting performances across the pitch. Fenerbahce continue to be linked with Marco Asensio, Antony Santos and Andriy Lunin while Real Betis are also rumoured to be tracking Patson Daka, Dani Ceballos and Etta Eyong.
