Negotiations are underway regarding Oguz Aydin, with Aston Villa keen to finalise a deal with Fenerbahce as they look to strengthen their squad for the run-in. The forward has emerged as a top transfer target in recent weeks, and the player's representatives are also believed to be involved in early discussions on personal terms. Whether a deal can be struck remains to be seen, but there is increasing optimism that the transfer could go through in the coming days. The transfer remains in progress, and with no other clubs involved, Aston Villa look to be negotiating from a comfortable position. Aston Villa's 26/27 output of 1.0 goals per game is behind league levels. The addition of Oguz Aydin would give them the sharper edge they're missing in front of goal. Reports suggest Aston Villa are monitoring Alejandro Garnacho and Igor Thiago Nascimento Rodrigues whereas Fenerbahce have not been associated with other players at this stage.
