According to several reliable outlets, Aston Villa are seriously considering a move for Leverkusen forward, Christian Michel Kofane. While nothing concrete has emerged yet, the player's name has reportedly featured in internal discussions about possible reinforcements ahead of the run-in. Everton, Tottenham and Manchester United remain in the background, but for now, Aston Villa are leading the way in ongoing talks. Aston Villa's 26/27 output of 1.0 goals per game is behind league levels. The addition of Christian Michel Kofane would give them the sharper edge they're missing in front of goal. Aston Villa have recently been linked with Antonio Nusa, Nicolas Raskin and Vangelis Pavlidis while Leverkusen have had no rumoured targets. Can't get enough Aston Villa transfer rumours?
