Update
Ashley Maynard-Brewer has officially completed a move from Charlton to Dundee United. The goalkeeper joins after weeks of speculation, with the transfer now confirmed by all parties. The club have made the announcement following final approval and registration, with the player set to be unveiled imminently. The move attracted little outside interest, which meant Dundee United could complete the transfer without any real contest. So far in this season, Dundee United are conceding 1.55 goals a game (34 in 22), more than they'd like compared to the Premiership standard. The hope is Ashley Maynard-Brewer adds a bit of steel and helps make them tougher to break down. Speculation continues to connect Charlton with Conor Coady, Zach Mitchell and Lyndon Dykes while no fresh rumours surround Dundee United.
