St. Mirren have wrapped up the signing of Calvin Ramsey, who joins from Liverpool. The defender's move has been made official after successful negotiations, a passed medical, and contract signing. The confirmation has been welcomed by fans, who've waited eagerly for this long-anticipated deal to go through. Unlike many transfers, this move came without rival competition, allowing St. Mirren to finalise the signing smoothly. St. Mirren's back line has been a real strength this season, conceding just 0 goals per game (0 in 2). Calvin Ramsey would be expected to slot into that unit and hold his own in an already solid setup. Reports suggest Liverpool are monitoring Ismaila Sarr, Endrick Felipe Moreira de Sousa and Scott McTominay whereas St. Mirren have not been associated with other players at this stage.
