Update
Danilho Doekhi is reportedly at the centre of ongoing transfer discussions between Wolfsburg and Union Berlin - according to a number of reliable sources. The defender has attracted serious transfer interest in recent weeks, and talks are now in progress to see if there's a deal to be done. Sources close to the deal suggest negotiations are active, with both sides working to find common ground over the player's potential move. While Wolfsburg and Union Berlin continue talks, no breakthrough has been reported. Leeds and Besiktas reportedly may still have an interest, but currently the focus is on getting this deal across the line. So far in this season, Wolfsburg are conceding 2.25 goals a game (36 in 16), more than they'd like compared to the Bundesliga standard. The hope is Danilho Doekhi adds a bit of steel and helps make them tougher to break down. Union Berlin continue to be linked with Zeno Van Den Bosch while Wolfsburg are also rumoured to be tracking Eren Dinkci, Yassir Zabiri and Kristoffer Ajer.
