Reports today confirm that the transfer of Jonas Rouhi to Westerlo has reached a breakthrough stage after Juventus gave the green light to the move and reached an agreement with the interested team. While personal terms and contract length are yet to be agreed - it is looking increasingly likely that the Westerlo are about to get one of their top transfer targets signed and sealed. The transfer remains in progress, and with no other clubs involved, Westerlo look to be negotiating from a comfortable position. So far in this season, Westerlo are conceding 2.22 goals a game (20 in 9), more than they'd like compared to the Jupiler League standard. The hope is Jonas Rouhi adds a bit of steel and helps make them tougher to break down.
