Negotiations are reportedly underway between Manchester United and Club Brugge over the potential transfer of Joaquin Seys. The defender is seen as a key target, and both clubs are now discussing whether there is a deal to be done. While no agreement has yet been struck, talks are said to be progressing steadily behind the scenes. While Arsenal have shown interest, Manchester United currently lead the race - though the situation could evolve if a deal drags on. So far in this season, Manchester United are conceding 1.6 goals a game (8 in 5), more than they'd like compared to the Premier League standard. The hope is Joaquin Seys adds a bit of steel and helps make them tougher to break down. Manchester United have recently been linked with Christian Michel Kofane, Luca Williams-Barnet and Assane Diao Diaoune while Club Brugge have had no rumoured targets.
