Transfer speculation continues to mount as Wesley Franca has been linked in recent days with a move to Manchester United. The defender, currently playing for Roma, could add a new dimension to the squad if the rumoured interest turns into an official approach before the end of the transfer window. Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal have not withdrawn their interest and could still influence the outcome. Across the season 26/27, Manchester United have let in 9 goals in 6 (1.5 per game), roughly in line with the Premier League average. Wesley Franca would be expected to give them some extra stability and depth for the tougher stretches of the season. Roma continue to be linked with Endrick Felipe Moreira de Sousa while Manchester United are also rumoured to be tracking Bazoumana Toure, Dion Drena Beljo and Giuliano Simeone.
