Transfer interest is building around Julian Alvarez, with Tottenham understood to be weighing-up a move for the Atletico forward. While there has been no official bid as yet, the club may act swiftly if they decide to pursue the deal before the transfer window slams shut. While Tottenham and Atletico continue talks, no breakthrough has been reported. Manchester City, Manchester United and Real Madrid reportedly may still have an interest, but currently the focus is on getting this deal across the line. Tottenham's 26/27 output of 0.4 goals per game is behind league levels. The addition of Julian Alvarez would give them the sharper edge they're missing in front of goal. Atletico have also been linked with Jonathan David while Tottenham are reportedly monitoring Konstantinos Tzolakis, Younes Ebnoutalib and Pavel Sulc. Want more transfer rumours like this?
