Rangers have wrapped up the signing of Kevin Kelsy, who joins from Portland. The forward's move has been made official after successful negotiations, a passed medical, and contract signing. The confirmation has been welcomed by fans, who've waited eagerly for this long-anticipated deal to go through. Rangers faced no rival bids for the player, enabling them to negotiate directly and wrap up the deal efficiently. In season 26/27, Rangers are only scoring 1.25 goals per game (5 in 4), below the Premiership average. Kevin Kelsy would be brought in to give them more bite in the final third. Reports suggest Rangers are monitoring Badredine Bouanani and Amario Cozier-Duberry whereas Portland have not been associated with other players at this stage.
