It's all confirmed: Mujaid Sadick has joined Vallecano from Genk. The defender has penned terms with his new club and completed all registration steps. This deal brings to an end a high-profile pursuit, with Vallecano now adding another piece to their evolving squad structure. The move attracted little outside interest, which meant Vallecano could complete the transfer without any real contest. This season (26/27) Vallecano have shipped 8 goals in 3 matches - 2.67 a game, which is well above the LaLiga average. Mujaid Sadick would be expected to come in and help tighten things up at the back. Vallecano have recently been linked with Derek Cornelius, Aitor Fernandez and Jose Sa while Genk have had no rumoured targets. More on this story as it develops. Need more Vallecano transfer rumours?
