Transfer talk surrounding Issouf Sissokho is intensifying, with reports suggesting Leeds United are monitoring the Maccabi Tel Aviv midfielder closely. The player has caught the attention of several scouts as other clubs prepare for a potentially active transfer window. Negotiations are still active, and with no other teams linked, Leeds United appear to have a clear path to completing the deal. Leeds United are only scoring 1.0 goals per game (9 in 9) this season, which suggests they need more creativity in the middle. Issouf Sissokho would be seen as the link to raise the tempo and feed the attack. Reports suggest Leeds United are monitoring Gabriel, Zaidu Sanusi and Nicolo Tresoldi whereas Maccabi Tel Aviv have not been associated with other players at this stage.
