Crystal Palace have reportedly added Tiago Gabriel to their shortlist of transfer targets. The Lecce defender is rumoured to be attracting attention ahead of the next transfer window, with insiders claiming preliminary talks could soon take place. Everton and Juventus have not withdrawn their interest and could still influence the outcome. So far in this season, Crystal Palace are conceding 2.43 goals a game (17 in 7), more than they'd like compared to the Premier League standard. The hope is Tiago Gabriel adds a bit of steel and helps make them tougher to break down. Neither Lecce nor Crystal Palace have been linked with any additional targets at this stage.
