Update
Tyrique George is reportedly the subject of advanced talks between Man Utd and Chelsea, who are negotiating terms ahead of a possible transfer. The midfielder has long been on the radar of Man Utd, who see him as the perfect addition to their squad as they look to strengthen a key area of the pitch. Progress on talks has been made, though a final agreement is not yet in place and other clubs are said to be weighing-up whether to join the race for his signature. While Everton, Leeds and Fulham have shown interest, Man Utd currently lead the race - though the situation could evolve if a deal drags on. So far this season, Man Utd are steady at both ends (1.78 goals scored per game, 1.48 goals conceded per game). The role for Tyrique George would be to keep that balance while lifting performances across the pitch. Alongside this, Chelsea are said to be exploring Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Franco Mastantuono and Ibrahim Mbaye with Man Utd likewise connected to Iliman Ndiaye, Liam Delap and Onyinye Wilfred Ndidi.
