The transfer mill is churning once again, with Liverpool believed to be lining up a move for William Gomes Carvalho Santos, the forward from Porto. Sources close to the club suggest they are exploring options to reinforce their squad ahead of the run-in. Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United have not withdrawn their interest and could still influence the outcome. So far this season, Liverpool are averaging 1.4 goals scored per game (7 goals /5 games), close to the Premier League average. William Gomes Carvalho Santos would be expected to help them push higher and add more variety in attack. Speculation continues to connect Liverpool with Wesley Franca, Emanuele Lulli and Alberto Moleiro while no fresh rumours surround Porto. Want to see how the story develops?
