According to various outlets, Arsenal are seriously considering a move for Porto defender, Alberto Costa. While nothing concrete has emerged yet, the player's name has reportedly featured in internal discussions about possible reinforcements ahead of the run-in. Manchester United may look to intervene if talks continue without resolution. With only 5 goals conceded in 7 (0.71 per game), Arsenal have been one of the stronger defences in the Premier League this season.. Alberto Costa would be asked to keep that standard and provide dependable cover when needed. Arsenal have recently been linked with Lennart Karl, Aleksey Batrakov and Yasin Abbas Ayari while Porto have had no rumoured targets. Want to see how the story develops?
