Unconfirmed reports suggest that discussions have begun between Arsenal and Newcastle over the transfer of Valentino Livramento. The defender has emerged as a top target for the squad and talks are reportedly progressing as the two clubs explore whether there is a deal to be done for the player. Liverpool, Man Utd and Manchester City have not withdrawn their interest and could still influence the outcome. With only 26 goals conceded in 35 (0.74 per game), Arsenal have been one of the stronger defences in the Premier League this season..
