Update
It's official: Christos Mandas has signed for Bournemouth from Lazio. The goalkeeper's move has been confirmed by both clubs, with personal terms and registration finalised. He will now link up with his new teammates ahead of the upcoming fixtures, having completed a medical and agreed on contract terms. Interest had been high throughout the window, with Torino previously linked. But Bournemouth acted decisively, beating the competition and finalising all formalities to make him the latest addition to their squad. So far in this season, Bournemouth are conceding 1.87 goals a game (43 in 23), more than they'd like compared to the Premier League standard. The hope is Christos Mandas adds a bit of steel and helps make them tougher to break down. Lazio continue to be linked with Daniel Maldini, Tim Iroegbunam and Rodrigo Mendoza Martinez Moya while Bournemouth are also rumoured to be tracking Rayan Vitor Simplício Rocha, Alex Toth and Jamie Leweling.
