It's official: Jacen Russell-Rowe has signed for Toulouse from Columbus. The forward's move has been confirmed by both clubs, with personal terms and registration finalised. He will now link up with his new teammates ahead of the upcoming fixtures, having completed a medical and agreed on contract terms. The move attracted little outside interest, which meant Toulouse could complete the transfer without any real contest. Toulouse's current 1.55 goals scored per game is close to average.
