Jarell Quansah, currently with Leverkusen, is the latest name linked with a potential switch to Chelsea. The defender could become a key signing should the move materialise, as the club seeks to strengthen in a key area of the pitch. Chelsea are still pushing to finalise terms. However, Real Madrid, Arsenal and Liverpool are still watching closely and may return with offers of their own. So far in this season, Chelsea are conceding 2.4 goals a game (12 in 5), more than they'd like compared to the Premier League standard. The hope is Jarell Quansah adds a bit of steel and helps make them tougher to break down. Speculation continues to connect Chelsea with Charalampos Kostoulas, Tomas Araujo and Raul Asencio Del Rosario while no fresh rumours surround Leverkusen.
