Rumours are swirling around Pharrel Nnamdi Collins, with Chelsea reportedly showing interest in the defender currently plying his trade at Frankfurt. With both teams looking to strengthen their squads, the move could have a massive impact on their seasons going forward. Until a fee and conditions are finalised, the deal remains vulnerable to disruption - especially if Manchester United, Liverpool and Arsenal decide to make a formal offer of their own in the coming days. This season (26/27) Chelsea have shipped 15 goals in 9 matches - 1.67 a game, which is well above the Premier League average. Pharrel Nnamdi Collins would be expected to come in and help tighten things up at the back. Chelsea have recently been linked with Harrison Armstrong, Gustavo Varela and Mathis Albert while Frankfurt have had no rumoured targets.
