Media reports claim that Chelsea are keeping tabs on Harrison Armstrong, who currently plays as a midfielder for Everton. The move is still in the early stages, but interest appears to be growing. Nottingham, Preston and Everton are reportedly waiting in the wings. Finalising a fee and payment terms remains central to closing the transfer. In season 26/27, Chelsea are conceding 1.67 goals per game (15 in 9 games), which points to a lack of control in midfield. Harrison Armstrong would be expected to calm things down and protect the back line better. Everton continue to be linked with Gabriel, Orri Oskarsson and Marcus Rashford while Chelsea are also rumoured to be tracking Gustavo Varela, Mathis Albert and Alex Freeman.
