According to various outlets, Chelsea are seriously considering a move for Ajax midfielder, Abdellah Ouazane. While nothing concrete has emerged yet, the player's name has reportedly featured in internal discussions about possible reinforcements ahead of the run-in. Juventus, Real Madrid and Manchester City have not withdrawn their interest and could still influence the outcome. In season 26/27, Chelsea are conceding 1.86 goals per game (13 in 7 games), which points to a lack of control in midfield. Abdellah Ouazane would be expected to calm things down and protect the back line better. Speculation continues to connect Chelsea with Nicolo Tresoldi, Flavio Goncalves and Natan while no fresh rumours surround Ajax. More on this story as it develops. Need more Chelsea transfer rumours?
