Landon Emenalo is officially a Celtic player following confirmation of his transfer from Chelsea. The midfielder joins after both clubs confirmed the deal after personal terms were agreed and the player passed his medical. Now focus turns to how he will fit into his new team. With no other clubs strongly linked, Celtic were able to move quickly and secure the deal without distraction. So far this season, Celtic are steady at both ends (2.67 goals scored per game, 0.67 goals conceded per game). The role for Landon Emenalo would be to keep that balance while lifting performances across the pitch. Alongside this, Chelsea are said to be exploring James Garner, Martin Zubimendi and Francisco Fernandes Conceicao with Celtic likewise connected to Jordan Lotomba, Oliver Sorensen and Justin Devenny.
