Transfer negotiations are ongoing between Atletico and Chelsea over Nicolas Jackson, the highly-rated forward - with multiple reliable sources confirming the story. The clubs are believed to be some way apart on valuation, but dialogue is open as they look to strike a deal ahead of the run-in. Unconfirmed reports suggest both sides are hopeful of finding a resolution in the coming days - with other interested clubs said to be circling. Atletico have laid out their intentions, but valuation and timing remain under debate. Chelsea, Napoli and Tottenham are keeping tabs in case talks collapse or progress slows further. At 2.0 goals scored per game this season, Atletico already pose a big threat. Nicolas Jackson would be expected to maintain that level and give them another reliable option in attack. Alongside this, Chelsea are said to be exploring Francisco Fernandes Conceicao, Lamine Camara and Honest Ahanor with Atletico likewise connected to Jorge Salinas, Marc Domenec and Kees Smit.
