Update
According to various outlets, Tottenham are seriously considering a move for Bayern Munich defender, Dayot Upamecano. While nothing concrete has emerged yet, the player's name has reportedly featured in internal discussions about possible reinforcements ahead of the run-in. Until a fee and conditions are finalised, the deal remains vulnerable to disruption - especially if Inter, Manchester City and Chelsea decide to make a formal offer of their own in the coming days. Across the season 25/26, Tottenham have let in 31 goals in 23 (1.35 per game), roughly in line with the Premier League average. Dayot Upamecano would be expected to give them some extra stability and depth for the tougher stretches of the season. Bayern Munich continue to be linked with Bryan Zaragoza Martinez, Diogo Dalot and Trent Alexander-Arnold while Tottenham are also rumoured to be tracking Serge Gnabry, Moussa Diaby and Raheem Sterling.
