According to various outlets, Manchester United are seriously considering a move for Brighton midfielder, Diego Alexander Gomez Amarilla. While nothing concrete has emerged yet, the player's name has reportedly featured in internal discussions about possible reinforcements ahead of the run-in. Negotiations are still active, and with no other teams linked, Manchester United appear to have a clear path to completing the deal. So far this season, Manchester United are steady at both ends (1.43 goals scored per game, 1.43 goals conceded per game). The role for Diego Alexander Gomez Amarilla would be to keep that balance while lifting performances across the pitch. Reports suggest Manchester United are monitoring Flavio Goncalves, Ruud Nijstad and Yasin Abbas Ayari whereas Brighton have not been associated with other players at this stage.
